Refunds are only eligible for the first 5 classes attended. After 5 classes, refund requests will not be accepted.
Once a refund request is initiated, it will take 5 working days to process.
You have the option to switch to a different batch or transfer your enrollment to another candidate.
Certificates of completion will be issued only once, in the name of the candidate who has completed the entire course or workshop.
If you need to request a batch change or candidate name transfer, please contact us via the support emails provided in the FAQ section of the course or workshop.
Requests for batch changes or candidate name transfers must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the course or workshop. After this period, no changes will be permitted.
If a candidate fails to attend the course or workshop, they will be marked as absent, and no extension of access beyond the stated validity period of modules/lessons will be provided, nor will a refund be issued.
For any technical issues, please first contact the support emails provided in the FAQ section of the course or workshop. Our support team will assist you, with a minimum response time of 14 working days. If we are unable to resolve your technical issue related to the course, a full refund will be initiated. Please note that this applies only to technical issues; refunds will not be initiated for issues related to customer hardware or software.
